Notably, Hansal Mehta is the person who worked as the creative director on the biopic. This made Anupam angry. He wrote that he (Hansal) has the freedom not to like the film. To this Hansal responded in kind, writing, “Of course I am responsible for my mistakes Mr. Kher and I can accept that I have made a mistake. Can I make a mistake sir? I did my job professionally as I was told. Can you deny it? But that doesn’t mean I have to keep defending the film”. IANS
