News-Patiala Bathinda, 15 December GT of the city A person crossing the road near Delhi Heart Hospital on the road was hit by a car. The person sustained serious injuries in this accident. On receiving the information about the incident, Sumit Maheshwari, a volunteer of the social service organization Youth Welfare Society Bathinda, reached the spot along with his ambulance and immediately rushed the injured to the Civil Hospital. However, the man succumbed to his injuries. The deceased has been identified as Heera Lal, who lived in the slums near Rose Garden.
