In Sujanpur Ward No-12 regarding the cleaning of drains, under the leadership of Municipal Council Vice-President Surinder Manhas, a protest was held against the Municipal Council administration in Sujanpur, in which Akhil Bharati Hindu Protection Samiti District President Puneet Singh, Arav Kumar , Baldev Raj, Janak Kumar, Gurmeet, Deepak, Prashotam Kumar and Lekh Raj joined.
Vice-President Surinder Manhas said that due to the non-cleaning of drains in his ward, contaminated water enters people’s houses. On talking to the sanitary inspector in this regard, the issue was not resolved, due to which people are very disturbed.
He said that this problem has been going on for a long time but the city council is not finding any concrete solution for it. He demanded that this problem be resolved soon.

On talking about this, Municipal Council EO Baljit Singh said that he has taken stock of the situation. The drains are being cleaned by the council employees.
