District Child Protection Unit under the leadership of District Child Protection Officer Rashmi conducted an investigation at the local railway station to prevent child begging. The District Child Protection Officer said that under the instructions issued by the Department of Social Security and Women and Child Development and Deputy Commissioner Ludhiana Jitinder Zorwal, a special campaign is being conducted to implement the Jeevanjot project at the ground level, under which various awareness methods are being implemented.
