It has ever happened that a tune is moving in your mind, but you are not able to remember the lyrics of the song even after a million attempts? It comes to humming, but what is the song, I can’t remember? Now there is no need to take its tension, because youtube will tell yourself which song it is.
Yes, YouTube has introduced a new wonderful feature, so that now you can find your favorite song by just lukewarm or whistling. Now Shazam or any other app is not needed, go straight to YouTube and recognize the song and listen.
This feature works exactly the same as Google’s Hum to Search feature. The song will be the song and the app will tell which is the song.
How to use?
- Open YouTube app
- Tap on the search icon on the right side
- Now the icon of a mike will be seen near the search bar, tap on it
- After this you can sing, lukewarm or whistle
- YouTube will recognize your voice and show you a list of songs
- If you get the desired song, click on it and start listening. If not found, you can try once again.
Keep a small thing in mind, for this feature, YouTube will have to give a microphone permission. If you want, then only give permission while using the app and you can close it later.
Not everyone will get this feature now
Right now this facility has been provided only to a few selected Android users, especially those who are using the beta version of YouTube. That is, iPhone users or other Android users may have to wait a little.
But when this feature comes for everyone, then the way of identifying the song will change. Now neither the hassle of remembering the lyrics, nor the need to open a separate app. Just lukewarm and ask youtube, ‘Brother, which song is this song?’
