Both semi -finals of the Duleep Trophy 2025 started from today. The first semi-finals are being played between the North Zone and South Zone at the BCCI Center of Excellence Ground-A. The North Zone won the toss and decided to bowl first.
The second semi-finals have been playing the BCCI Center of Excellence Ground-B between the Central Zone and West Zone. West Zone won the toss and decided to bat first.
Both quarter -finals of the Duleep Trophy 2025 ended on a draw. However, the North Zone and Central Zone reached the semi -finals on the basis of the first innings.
1. North Zone vs South Zone
South Zone is batting first In the first semi -finals, the North Zone is facing South Zone. The quarter -final match between the North Zone and the East Zone ended on a draw. However, the North Zone reached the semi -finals on the basis of an edge in the first innings. Today, the North Zone is bowling first by winning the North Zone toss against the South Zone.
2. Central Zone vs West Zone
West Zone won the toss The second semi -finals are being played between the Central Zone and the West Zone. West Zone is batting first after winning the toss. Rajat Patidar’s team performed brilliantly in the second quarter -finals and excluded the Northeast Zone. In the first innings, Danish Malewar of Central Zone scored a double century (203).
