Under Earned Leave, Union workers get earned leave of 30 days each year. These holiday workers are given for personal reasons, care, elderly parents’ care, travel or other personal work. Under half-paid leave, employees get half-paid leave every year. In this holiday, the employee receives half a salary and it can be taken for medical or other special reasons.
