Under Earned Leave, Union workers get earned leave of 30 days each year. These holiday workers are given for personal reasons, care, elderly parents’ care, travel or other personal work. Under half-paid leave, employees get half-paid leave every year. In this holiday, the employee receives half a salary and it can be taken for medical or other special reasons. Under normal holiday, the 8-day holiday is given each year. This is a short-term holiday, which can be suddenly as needed as a personal work or emergency. Under the Restricted Leave, the employees get 2 days rastricted leave of 2 days. Employees can choose any day for the festivals or religious opportunities of their choice.
