ETO visited school and dispensary of Jandiala Constituency

Cabinet Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO today visited the Government School at Dehriwala village of Jandiala Constituency and the Government Ayurvedic Dispensary at Jalal Usma village. On this occasion, he took the details of the government facilities provided by both the institutions. At Dehriwala School, he asked the students in detail about studies, sports and co-curricular activities. Apart from this, he tried to know about the level of education of the children by asking them many questions. On this occasion, the Cabinet Minister while addressing the students said that Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann’s dream is that Punjab should lead the country in the field of education and health and for this the efforts of his government are continuing. He said that improvements in education are taking place on a large scale, but complete success in this is impossible without the will of the students and the support of the parents. He also openly interacted with the teachers and sought feedback from them about the government’s efforts and their results.

After this, the Cabinet Minister visited the Government Ayurvedic Dispensary located at village Jalal Usma and interacted with the people who came there for treatment. He also interacted with doctors and paramedical staff and took their ideas for health facilities. Sarpanch Parminder Singh, Sarpanch Gurvel Singh, Sarpanch Lakhwinder Singh, Sarpanch Buta Singh Jalal and other dignitaries were also present on this occasion.
