CLAT 2025 Exam Guidelines: CLAT 2025 i.e. Common Law Admission Test (CLAT 2025) will be held on December 1, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The CLAT 2025 exam will be conducted in one shift. Candidates have to carry some necessary documents for verification. Without these, entry inside the CLAT exam hall will not be allowed. CLAT 2025: Entry will not be allowed without these items
If you are going to take the CLAT 2025 exam, keep the following documents in a folder today. This will leave no work for tomorrow and you will be able to go for the exam without any stress.
1- CLAT Admit Card (if photo on admit card is not clear then carry self attested photo).
2- Government issued original photo ID for identity verification.
3- Original Disability Certificate (for PWD/SAP candidates).
4- LIST OF DOCUMENTS ACCEPTABLE AS PROOF OF IDENTITY: Aadhaar Card (must be updated with latest photograph), Passport, PAN Card, Ration Card/PDS Photo Card, Voter ID, Driving License issued by a recognized educational institution Gai Photo, Photo Bank ATM Card, Kisan Photo Passbook, CGHS/ECHS Photo Card, Name and Photo Card issued by Department of Posts, Photo issued by Gazetted Officer or Tehsildar on letterhead Identity Card with Disability ID Card/Disability Medical Certificate issued by State/UT Governments/Administration.
CLAT 2025 Guidelines: These items can be taken inside the examination hall
Certain items are allowed inside the CLAT exam hall. Apart from the checklist below, you cannot carry any other item-
1- Black or blue ballpoint pen
2- Transparent water bottle
3- Analog watch (don’t wear a smartwatch)
4- Admit card and photo identity card issued by Govt.

It is important to take care of the schedule on the day of CLAT exam. Reach the exam center before time otherwise you may be barred from taking the exam.

Do not make this mistake after the start of CLAT exam
Candidates will not be allowed to take washroom break after the commencement of CLAT examination. So, go to the washroom before entering the exam hall. The exam time for PWD/SAP candidates is 2 hours 40 minutes. All other candidates have to finish the paper in 2 hours. During this time they will not be allowed to go out of the examination hall under any circumstances. Do not carry any electronic device inside the CLAT exam hall.
