Till now users had the option to link Instagram and now they will also be able to link Facebook account on their profile page. This will make it easier for other users to connect and verify identity.

Feature available for beta users

WhatsApp has rolled out this feature for its Android beta users and many users have confirmed it. Till now, only verified social media links were displayed on WhatsApp business accounts, but after the introduction of the new feature, regular users will also be able to take advantage of this feature.

How will the feature work?

According to reports, after linking the Facebook profile, it will be visible on the user’s profile page. By clicking on this you will be able to visit other user accounts. This will be completely optional. Users who want to link their accounts will be able to verify their link by visiting Meta’s Account Center. Once the link is verified, a small icon of Facebook will appear next to it.

In-app translation feature available for iPhone users

Talking about another feature, the company has rolled out the in-app translation feature for iPhone users. Currently it supports 21 languages ​​including Hindi, English, French, German, Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese and Korean and will easily translate messages in personal chat and group chat. Before using it, users will have to download the language pack. Once the language pack is installed, this feature will start working and it will not require internet connection.
