Sarabjit Singh Bhangu/Gurnam Singh Chauhan Patiala/Patdar, 27 December Farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal, who is on a fast to death on Dhabigujars to get the demands of the farmers, has clearly told the doctors today that he will not undergo his treatment. Meanwhile, Punjab Finance Minister Harpal Cheema today met Dallewal and assured the support of the government. A team of doctors headed by Garish Sahni tried to persuade Dallewal to seek treatment, but the farmer leader said that he would continue his fast until the demands were met. Patiala DIG Mandeep Sidhu and SSP Dr. Nanak Singh also insisted that he accept everyone’s request for treatment, but Dallewal refused this offer. Meanwhile, Dallewal said that due to the deadly policies of the government, they may not be able to live by their own will, but they will be able to die by their own will.
