The third batch of 101 farmers left for Delhi as survivors from Shambhu border. Farmers at Shambhu border are adamant about marching but Haryana police officials are asking farmers to go back. Meanwhile, there is a conversation between the farmers and the police officials. Police officers and Deputy Commissioner of Haryana are sitting behind the nets and trying to explain to the farmers while the farmers are asking to leave Delhi.

The Haryana Police has also stopped the third batch of farmers, but when the farmers did not stop, the Haryana Police started pelting them with water. Earlier, SP Ambala ignored the arguments of the farmer leader and referred to the committee formed by the Supreme Court and maintaining the status quo on the July 24 border. He said that the High Power Committee meeting will be held in 3-4 days. The next hearing has been fixed on 18th. SP Ambala Surinder Singh Bhoria urged the farmers to sit peacefully and said that when they get permission to go to Delhi they will leave Delhi themselves.

It is to be noted that the farmers have been protesting on the Shambhu and Dhabi Gujran borders of Haryana and Punjab since February. Farmer leaders had decided to march to Delhi on foot in a peaceful manner and without tractors-trolleys. Under this, 101 farmers had gone earlier on December 6, but the Haryana police did not allow the group of farmers to cross the Shambhu border and they strictly stopped it. After this, on December 8, a group of 101 farmers again tried to leave Delhi, but this attempt was also severely thwarted by the Haryana Police.
