Bharatiya Kisan Union Dakonda (Dhaner) today failed the attempt of loan in exchange of loan in Ramnagar Chhan. The district vice president of the organization Darshan Singh Katron said that farmer Bachan Singh son of Bakhtaur Singh, a resident of Ramnagar Chhannan, had taken a loan of 6.80 lakhs from a bank. Till 2012, about 2 lakh rupees of this loan has been repaid, but the concerned bank filed a case against the farmer’s family for the liability of 11 lakh rupees, regarding which the bank has issued a notice of attachment to the said farmer today. Mr. Katron said that in order to stop the attachment, the leaders of the village unit protested against the attachment and did not allow the concerned officials to enter the village. Hearing the cries of the farmers, no official came to fix the problem. On this occasion, the leading leaders of the organization Gurmukh Singh, Chatar Singh, Gurmel Singh, Roop Singh Jawandha, Pammi Katron, Charan Singh Grewal, Naib Singh, Ranjit Singh, Surjit Singh and Lal Singh etc. won the victory of Kisan AK.
