Governor of Punjab paying obeisance at Fatehgarh Sahib
On the second day of the ongoing martyr meeting in memory of the martyrdom of Baba Zorawar Singh, Baba Fateh Singh and Mata Gujri Ji, the younger Sahibzadas of Dashmesh father Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria and DGP Gaurav Yadav bowed down at Gurudwara Shri Fatehgarh Sahib.

Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria said that he was fortunate that he got the opportunity to bow down on this earth for the first time. The example of martyrdom of the younger sons of Dasham father Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji and Mata Gujri Ji is not found anywhere in the world.
He said that young Sahibzade Baba Zorawar Singh, Baba Fateh Singh bravely opposed the Mughal rule at the age of 9 and 7 and stuck to the religion with fearlessness and determination and set a unique example by giving great martyrdom. He further said that people will always remember the great martyrdom of Chhote Sahibzadas. This martyrdom is also being saluted by the Government of India throughout the country. Today Veer Bal Diwas is being celebrated at lakhs of places in India.
DGP said- I come every year to pay obeisance
Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav addressed the media after paying obeisance. He said that he comes to this holy land every year to pay homage to the martyrs. This time, special arrangements have been made by the Punjab Police to ensure that the Sangat does not face any kind of trouble during the Shaheedi Sabha.
There is a separate route for VIP. The traffic has been made one way. Around 4 thousand forces are deployed. Police is working in day and night shifts. Today, along with bowing his head, he also reviewed the arrangements.
