Thugs caught in Fazilka police custody

Fazilka’s cyber cell brought two real brothers from Uttar Pradesh to Fazilka on transit remand on charges of defrauding about Rs 60 lakh in the name of trading. Both of them were presented in the court and police remand of three days was obtained.

DSP Investigation Balkar Singh of Fazilka Police said that a person resident of Abohar was defrauded of more than Rs 60 lakh by creating a fake website in the name of trading.

In this case, the police had first arrested an accused named Yashpal from Gujarat. After interrogation, an accused named Ankit Rawal was arrested from Gujarat in this case. From which about Rs 15.5 lakhs were recovered and returned to the victim. Whereas the amount of more than Rs 5 lakh lying in the account was frozen.
