It is reported that it was forced to make an emergency landing about 3 km from the Kazakh city of Aktau. Kazakhstan officials said the cause of the incident, including a possible technical problem, was being investigated. Kazakhstan’s Emergencies Ministry later said that fire services had extinguished the fire after the crash and that survivors were being treated at a nearby hospital.
