On this occasion, Governor of Punjab and Administrator of Chandigarh Gulab Chand Kataria said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has further strengthened the feeling of unity in diversity among the countrymen. Our folk arts, folk dances and culture are all our common heritage, which does not discriminate on the basis of caste or rich-poor, but connects each other. For the last one year, the foundation days of the states are being celebrated at Punjab Raj Bhavan.
