The Powercom (Transmission Line) officials have finally won the front of the controversial transmission tower that has become a road block in the way of starting the 66 KV grid of Bhullarheri. It should be remembered that due to the court proceeding regarding the installation of the said tower, the work of starting the said grid is running behind schedule by about five months.
According to the information, Sugarcane Society Chairman Avtar Singh Tari Bhullarherdi, BKU Rajewal Block President Bhupinder Singh, Unit President Jasdev Singh, Pavitar Singh of BKU Ekta Ugrahan etc. said that even though the disputed transmission tower, who are among the farmers who are trying to run 66 KV Grid Bhullarherdi, The installation has paved the way for the grid to become operational, but the department’s work on two more towers is still in progress. is incomplete and the work of laying wires should also be done by the department on priority basis. On the other hand, Axion Jasveer Singh of Powercom TL, when contacted, confirmed the installation of the disputed transmission tower. He said that the aim of the department is to complete the pending work of the line in the month of December itself. He said that the department has proposed to start the pending work from December 8 more quickly.
