Gmail tips: Google gives 15GB free storage to its Gmail users which is shared with Google Drive and Google photos. Due to frequent promotional mails, receipts and newsletters, the inbox gets filled quickly and often storage is full alert. It bothers the most when you are waiting for an important mail. It takes a lot of time to delete each mail separately, but if you use bulk delete option, you can easily empty storage.
- Delete all promotional emails with a search
- First open the gmail in the browser and go to the inbox.
- Type “Unsubscribe” in the search bar and press the enter.
- Now select all the mails by clicking on the top left checkbox.
- Click on the Trash (dustbin) icon.
Pro tip: If you see the option of “Select All Conversions that Match This Search”, then you can delete everything by clicking on it. In the same way, you can also remove the place by removing a lot of mails from promotions and social tabs.
