To apply in this recruitment of SBI, the minimum age of the candidate has been fixed at 25 years and the maximum age is 35 years. However, the candidates of the reserved category will get a relaxation in the age limit as per the rules of the government. SC and ST category will be given 5 years, OBC class 3 years and Divyang candidates will be given a maximum discount of 10 years.
Talking about educational qualification, the applicant should have a graduate or postgraduate degree. Along with this, they need to be proficient in capabilities like understanding the balance sheet, preparing appraisal, assessing credit proposals and credit monitoring.
Salary structure makes this recruitment even more special. Selected Specialist Officers will get salary ranging from Rs 85,920 to Rs 1,05,280 every month. Apart from this, other allowances and facilities will also be provided by the bank, which will make the package more attractive.
The recruitment process will be fully on the basis of interview. An interview of 100 marks will be organized by SBI and candidates will be selected on the basis of these marks. That is, there will be no written test this time and only the performance of the interview will be decided.

The application fee for general, OBC and EWS category has been kept at Rs 750, while SC, ST and Divyang candidates have been given full discount in fees.
