New Delhi: Actress Hansika Motwani approached the Bombay High Court. The actress’s Bhabi Muskan Nancy James filed an FIR against her and her mother, which she has demanded to cancel. The Bombay High Court issued a notice on Thursday 3 April while hearing the petition of Hansika Motwani.

Hansika Motwani reached the Bombay High Court to cancel the case registered under her Bhabi Section 498A. A bench of Justice Sarang Kotwal and Justice SM Modak issued a notice on the petition on Thursday 3 April and set the next hearing on the case for July 3. Hansika Motwani, in her petition, dismissed all the allegations, saying that there were differences between her brother and James since 2021 and in 2022, the issue was resolved on divorce through mutual talks. He further alleged that Muskan has tried to defame him and his mother by sharing the FIR with the media.

Hansika Motwani’s brother was accused of domestic violence
Actress Hansika’s Bhabi Muskan Nancy is a television actress. She married Hansika’s brother Prashant Motwani in the year 2020 and is living separately from 2022. In his complaint, she accused Prashant Motwani of domestic violence, causing him to suffer from the problem called ‘Bells Palsy’ which is the cause of facial paralysis. He alleged that Hansika and her mother intervened in her marriage, which broke her marriage.

Trying to surround Hansika in FIR
Muskan alleged in the FIR that Hansika stopped and asked for expensive watches, foreign fruits and dry fruits during the wedding ceremony. Muskan also claimed that he also pressured him to sell flats and give Rs 20 lakh for marriage venue in Udaipur. Hansika’s Bhabi had filed an FIR under sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC.
