Several passengers were seriously injured after a private bus met with a road accident in Ani subdivision of Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh on Tuesday. According to the information received from the spot, the bus carrying more than 30 passengers fell into a deep gorge near Shakhad on Shawad-Ani road at around 11.30 am.
Eyewitnesses said that there was shouting and chaos at the scene of the incident. The accident was so terrible that the bus got smashed. Local people reached the spot and started rescue operations. On getting information about the incident, the police and administrative teams also reached the spot.
