Punjab Schools Winter Vacation 2024: The Punjab Government has announced winter vacation in schools from December 24 to December 31, 2024. It can be increased depending on cold weather and temperature conditions. As per Economic Times report, all schools in Haryana will have winter vacation from January 1 to January 15, 2025 (Haryana School Winter Vacation 2024).
The Punjab government has taken an important decision for all the schools of the state. It has been decided to organize a winter camp for students in Shree schools. In this regard, instructions have been issued to all the district education officials. The purpose of the winter camp is to keep the students active through various recreational activities during the winter holidays. Creativity in students, interesting, holistic development and experiential learning in various subjects will be encouraged.
According to the letter, the Punjab government has given Rs. 100 to each student. The budget is also being given, which will be used in conducting activities keeping in mind their health needs and cold weather. All the schools have been instructed to form a committee to conduct winter camps. In this committee The school head, 3 senior teachers and the chairman of the school management committee will participate.
