How to Record Call: Many times when we want to record an important call, as soon as the call starts, the robotic voice “This call is being recorded” spoils the atmosphere. Not only does it feel strange to hear, but if you are trying to save a conversation quietly, then it also opens your move.
But the good news is that many Android phones have a hidden feature which allows to record the call without giving any alert. In this, you just hear a light beep, but the person in front does not understand anything. And the special thing is-for this neither you need to root the phone nor any suspected third-party app.
How to change settings?
- First of all, open contacts app, note, not the phone app, but contacts.
- Tap on three dots on the top right.
- Now go to Settings.
- Find an alternative to the call recording or call settings here (the name may be slightly different according to the phone model).
- Now see if there is any such option or not, such as “Play Audio Tone INTEAD of Disclaimer” or “Disable Verbal Recording Alert”.
Turn on this option. Just done! Now when you record the call, it will not play a long robotic message – only a small beep will be heard instead which looks like a landline of old age. The person in front will not even get a glimpse of it. In many countries, this small beep is considered legally sufficient, so that you do not get caught in any digestion.
