UPSC NDA, NA 2025 Notification: Good news is coming soon for the candidates aspiring to become an officer in the Indian Army after passing 12th. For this Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) may issue notification for National Defense Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Exam 1, 2025 on 11 December 2024. Candidates who want to apply for this recruitment exam can apply through UPSC official website upsc.gov.in.

This provisional schedule will also be applicable to the Combined Defense Services (CDS 1) Examination, 2025. However, candidates are advised to wait for the official notification to confirm the dates.
Become an officer in the army
UPSC conducts entrance exam twice every year for NDA and NA. The examination will go through the following stages.
Selection process
Written examination
Interview through Service Selection Board (SSB).
Based on the written test, candidates will be shortlisted for the SSB interview. Intelligence and personality test will be conducted in this interview.
What will be the format of the exam?
Written examination
Mathematics: 300 Marks (150 minutes)
General Aptitude Test (GAT): 600 Marks (150 minutes)

It consists of two phases, in which only candidates who successfully clear the first phase can appear in the second phase. For admission to the Air Force course, candidates will also have to qualify the Computerized Pilot Selection System (CPSS).

Click on “Apply Online” tab and go to ‘One Time Registration (OTR)’ option.
Complete registration for new users.
Log in and select the exam
Fill the application form and submit the required documents and fee.
After submitting the form, take a printout of the confirmation page.
