The Bharatiya Kisan Union (Sidhupur) has given a program of train stop movement across Punjab on December 18 in support of farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal, who is on a death fast for the rightful demands of farmers. In this regard, the State Press Secretary of the Union, Meher Singh Thedi, today held a meeting with the farmers and leaders of Mohali district and gave information about the program of stopping trains in the entire country on December 18 from 12 noon to 3 am. He said that the farmers of Mohali will protest by jamming the wheels of the trains for three hours after reaching the Kharar railway station. On the other hand, Bharatiya Kisan Union (Rajewal) State Secretary Paramdeep Singh Baidwan, District President Kirpal Singh Siau, Vice President Tejinder Singh Punia said that they support Dallewal’s strike and protest by stopping trains at Mohali railway station on December 18. will be demonstrated He also said that the president of the organization, Balbir Singh Rajewal, will meet farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal tomorrow on December 17, and a decision will be taken regarding the December 18 train strike after a meeting with the leading leaders of the organizations. Similarly, District General Secretary Jaspal Singh Niamiyan, Jaspal Singh Landran and other leaders of Bharatiya Kisan Union (Lakhowal) said that on December 18, protests will be held by stopping trains in Mohali district for the demands of farmers.
