In the election for the 11 wards of Narot Jaimal Singh, a single town panchayat in district Pathankot, election campaigning will be closed tomorrow evening through open general election meetings and voting will be held through EVMs on December 21 in the morning. Because of this, all the parties have put their full strength in this election. This can easily be estimated from the activities being done by political parties in the markets and streets of Narot Jamal Singh.
Especially the Cabinet Minister Lal Chand Kataruchak, who belongs to this constituency, reaches Narot Jaimal Singh in the morning and preaches from house to house all day. During the election campaign today, he clearly said that this time people will create history in the elections and Aam Aadmi Party will win 11 out of 11 seats. He said that it is also a coincidence that he won and became a minister. It came to his mind that this city should be given the facility of sewage system. Therefore, he approved the sewerage project of Rs. 28 crore and started its work. After the sewerage lines are laid, the price of land in this city will increase a lot.
On the other hand, Aam Aadmi Party’s main competition is considered to be with the Congress and the Congress candidates are running their election campaign with the help of former MLA Joginder Pal, while the BJP is only engaged in protecting its base.
