India-Pakistan Submarine: The Indian Navy is going to include its third nuclear power submarine INS Aridaman by the end of this year. This step is being taken at a time when China and Pakistan are rapidly increasing their naval power in the Indian Ocean. The Indian Navy has already included two atomic submarines such as INS Arihant and INS Ariha.
China’s PLA Navy has now become the world’s largest navy and is investing heavily to increase its submarine power. China currently has 6 nuclear power -powered submarines, 6 attack nuclear submarines, and 48 AIP technology diesel submarines. These submarines can remain in water for several days and China plans that by 2035 it will take the number of submarines to 80.
Modernization of Pakistani Navy
Pakistan is also modernizing its Navy rapidly with the help of China and Türkiye. In Pakistan’s Navy, 30 state -of -the -art warships and 8 Hungor Class AIP submarine are being included in Pakistan’s Navy. The trial of the first Hunger class submarine of the Pakistani Navy is already going on, which hopes it that the power balance in the Indian Ocean can change.

India’s third nuclear submarine INS Aridaman trial has been going on for the last 3 years, and will be included in the Indian Navy by the end of this year. However, India’s first attack nuclear submarine will be included in the Navy by 2036 and the second 2038.
India’s progress in AIP technology
India has recently included 6 Kalavari class traditional submarines, but these submarines lack AIP technology, due to which they cannot remain under water for long. Now India is planning to include 3 more artworks submarines from France and implement AIP technology during the refer. Apart from this, India is also interacting with 6 state -of -the -art AIP submarine from Germany.
