India has won the Mains Hockey Asia Cup 2025 title. On Sunday, Team India defeated defending champion South Korea 4–1 at the Rajgir Sports Complex in Bihar. India won this title for the fourth time. With this victory, India also made it to the World Cup of 2026.
Sukhjit Singh scored a goal in the very first minute of the final match with India. In the second quarter, Dilpreet Singh again scored a goal and gave India a 2–0 lead. Dilpreet scored another goal in the third quarter. In the fourth quarter, Amit Rohidas scored a goal on the penalty corner and put India ahead 4–0. Son Dion scored the only goal from South Korea.
