Several Indian passengers on a Manchester-bound Gulf Air flight left for their destination this morning after being stuck at the Kuwait airport for nearly 20 hours. A flight from Bahrain to Manchester was diverted to Kuwait due to a technical problem. According to the news, Gulf Air GF5 took off from Bahrain at 2:05 pm local time on December 1 but had to land in Kuwait at 4:01 am due to some technical problems in the plane. According to a post on social media, several passengers complained that they were stuck at the airport for hours, after which the Indian Embassy in Kuwait took the matter to the Gulf Air officials.
