District Magistrate-Kam-Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal has declared Maharaja Yadavindra Cricket Stadium and its surrounding area as No-Flying and No-Dron Zone. Deputy Commissioner reviewed the preparations for matches
Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal held a high -level meeting and reviewed security and administrative preparations for the IPL matches to be held on May 29 and 30 at Maharaja Raja Yadvindra Cricket Stadium in Mullanpur, New Chandigarh.
In the meeting, the police department gave detailed information about security arrangements. DC directed that law and order and traffic were fully controlled during the matches. Every department including parking, guidance, medical team, food checking, fire brigade was instructed to remain alert. He said that the audience should not have any problem in movement and every facility was present in the stadium.
