All three accused are in police custody.
On suspicion of three people who had come to Jagraon court to get bail for the accused by producing fake Aadhaar cards, when asked to appear in the court, they fled from the spot. After which the police registered a case against all three, including the accused who had granted bail, in the police station late at night.

The accused have been identified as Harinder Sharma, resident of Gali No. 13, National Colony, Bathinda, Harpal Singh and Gurpreet Singh, resident of village Gonspur, Ludhiana. The police arrested 3 accused, presented them in the court and obtained one day’s remand. Bus stand outpost in-charge Sukhwinder Singh said that a case was registered against the accused Harinder Sharma in the court under section 138 in the check bounce case.
Due to which the accused surrendered himself in the court. The investigating officer said that under Section 138, bail in the case is granted on the spot in the court, due to which the accused wanted to get bail by producing the Aadhar cards of two people. But when the judge became suspicious about the Aadhaar card, he asked the accused who had used fake Aadhaar cards to appear, then both the accused fled from the spot.
