Only child of parents Puneet hails from village Dubaladhan in Jhajjar district. His father Naseeb Kadian does farming, while mother Poonam Devi is a housewife. Puneet was born on 10 May 2006. He is the only child of his parents.
Puneet studied up to 6th grade in the village. After this, he completed his studies from 7th to 12th in Sonipat near Mama. At present, he is studying BA First Year from Guru Kanshi University of Talwandi Sabo, Punjab.
Seeing Puneet’s skill, Mama took along When Puneet was studying in 6th class, his physical activity and skills, Mama Jagmal Narwal felt that he could become a good player of Kabaddi. Therefore, he brought Puneet with him to Ridhana, a village in Sonepat. Puneet studied here and also played kabaddi.
