District Sports Officer Manoj Kumar said that inter-zonal Kabaddi competitions are being conducted by the Haryana Sports Department on January 20 in the modern sports complex built in Badagad village of Ambala district. Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini will attend as the chief guest on this occasion. DSO Manoj Kumar said that the selection trial for the inter-zonal kabaddi competition was held at the Dronacharya Stadium. 50 players in men’s category and 68 players in women’s category participated in this trial from Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Yamunanagar and Karnal. After the trials, 12 best performing female players and 12 male players were selected. On this occasion, lawn tennis instructor Gaurav Sharma, wrestling instructor Jasminder Singh Sandeep, Roshni and other trainers were present.
