According to ASI Darshan Singh, in-charge of Mahedu police post, when he was present at the blockade in Nanak Nagri with the police party, during this time a foreign youth was stopped, who identified himself as Brain Naikad Jinshe, son of Francis Naikad Jinshe, resident of Zimbabwe, resident of Hall 391. Tampering with Form C He said that when the foreign national was asked to produce his visa documents, the youth showed his passport. The validity of the visa was mentioned on the passport till 7 December 2024. After this, when the young man was asked to present the C form, he could not give any satisfactory answer.
He told that when his C form was checked, it was found that he had illegally extended the period of his visa from 8 December 24 to 7 December 2025 by making a fake C form. According to ASI Darshan Singh, an FIR has been registered against the foreign citizen under Section 336 (2) of BNS and he has been arrested.
