Late night in Kapurthala, thieves broke into the wall and stole jewelery and goods. After receiving information about the incident, Kotwali police reached the spot and started investigation. The incident took place in Muradpur village. Victim Harnek Singh told that on December 25, he slept at home along with his family as usual. But when I woke up the next morning, I saw that thieves had broken into the wall of the adjacent room and the cupboard lockers were also broken.
Harnek Singh said that in the preliminary investigation, a gold bangle, gold earrings, silver anklets and silver jewelery lying in the cupboard locker were stolen. Investigating officer ASI Baldev Singh said that his team reached the incident site and started the investigation seriously. He also claimed that the thieves would be caught soon.
