Police have arrested 4 youths in connection with the murder of a person that took place on December 1 in Kapurthala. SSP Gaurav Tura said that on December 1 at around 9.30 pm, he had received information that a person was murdered in Amrik Nagar near RCF. The deceased was identified as 45-year-old Suraj Kumar, resident of Amrik Nagar. An FIR was registered against unknown assailants of Sooraj’s son Karan Kumar.
