Samsung is preparing to launch its Galaxy S26 series next year. A recent leak has revealed its possible launch date. It is being told that this series will be launched on February 25, 2026 in San Francisco, America. However, Samsung has not confirmed this yet. Display and Design
iPhone 17 has a 6.3-inch OLED, 120Hz, HDR display, which supports 3000 nits peak brightness. In comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S26 is expected to come with a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED, 120Hz, HDR display, which may support 2600 nits peak brightness. Like the iPhone 17, the Galaxy S26 is also expected to have a glass back with an aluminum frame.
processor
iPhone 17 has Apple’s in-house A19 (3 nm) chip, which is paired with 8GB RAM. Talking about Galaxy S26, it can be equipped with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Samsung can give it software upgrades for seven years.
camera
Dual camera setup is provided in the rear of iPhone 17. Apart from the 48 MP primary lens, it also has a 48 MP ultrawide lens. There is a 12MP center stage camera in its front. There is no exact information yet about the camera setup of Galaxy S26, but it is almost certain that it will have a 50 MP primary lens and 18MP front camera.
Battery
Galaxy S26 can win in terms of battery. It can have a 4000 mAh lithium ion battery, which can come with 25W wired and 15W wireless charging support. Talking about iPhone, it has a 3692 mAh lithium ion battery, which comes with 40W wired and 25W wireless charging support.
price
The starting price of iPhone 17 in India has been kept at Rs 82,900. On the other hand, the prices of Samsung Galaxy S26 have not been revealed yet. It is being claimed in some reports that this phone can be launched with a starting price of Rs 79,999. However, this has not been confirmed yet.
