In which 55 year old Balkar Singh, son of Sukhdev Singh, resident of Kotdharma village of Mansa district is also included. Balkar Singh was the driver of this bus. He was working as a driver for many years. There is an atmosphere of sadness in the village due to the death of Balkar Singh.
Rajdeep Singh, Sarpanch of village Kotdharma, says that Balkar Singh belongs to a landlord family, who has about one kanal of land. He is survived by his wife, a son and a daughter. The son lives separately and works as a conductor in a private bus. He belonged to a poor family and earned his living by working.
