Accused in the custody of Muktsar police
CIA staff Malout led by Avneet Kaur Hundal, counter intelligence in-charge of Malout, Muktsar in Punjab has arrested two persons with illegal 12 bore rifle.

Under the supervision of Malot in-charge Harpreet Singh, the CIA team, including ASI Harbhajan Singh, was going from Danawala towards the focal point as part of a search operation for suspicious persons, when two persons were seen in a suspicious condition. Police saw that they were disassembling a 12 bore rifle.
The police caught both of them and interrogated them. The accused were identified as Harmandeep Singh alias Harman, resident of Abulkhurana and Kuldeep Singh, resident of Tappakheda. The rifles seized by the police did not have any license from the said persons.
The police took both of them into custody. A case has been registered against both of them under 25/54/59 Arms Act in City Malout police station and action has been started. The accused arrested by the police are being presented in the court and are being taken on remand so that further interrogation can be done.
