The new Education Policy in the Supreme Court in the dispute in the dispute and impose of alleged Hindi in Tamil Nadu has been asked to implement new education policy in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and West Bengal. Stalin had claimed that the central government had planned to implement Hindi through the new education policy. However, the petitioner claimed that the EP claimed that Hindi impairment was not mentioned in the Anoin and the states are constituted to implement new education matters.
The petitioner said, ‘However, this honorable court has not yet have the direct power to compel any state government policy and to sign an official agreement letter (MO). However, it has the right to release the states to the states in cases where the states of constitutional provisions or laws, and in the instructions, some cases, to compel some actions.
