New Recharge Plans 2025: Private companies have launched voice and SMS plans, following the orders of Telecom Regulator TRAI. While Jio and Airtel have brought two such plans, Vodafone Idea (VI) has launched a plan. In these plans, users will only get calling and SMS facility. These are two plans of Jio
Following the order of TRAI, Jio has launched two plans of Rs 458 and Rs 1,958. The validity of the Rs 458 plan is 84 days. It will get free calling and total 1000 SMS. At the same time, Jio has launched a plan of Rs 1,958 with one year validity. It will have a total of 3,600 SMS with free calling.
VI launched this plan
VI has introduced a plan of Rs 1,460 with a validity of 270 days. It contains unlimited calling and 100 SMS. After the end of this limit, a charge will be charged Rs 1 per SMS.
Airtel also brought two plans
Like Jio, Airtel has also launched two voice only plans. The company has launched a plan of Rs 509 with a validity of 84 days. It has 900 SMS with calling. The second plan comes with one year validity, which will get unlimited calling and 3,000 SMS. Its price is Rs 1,999.
TRAI ordered last month
Last month, TRAI ordered a telecom companies to bring a voice-only plan. Giving a month’s time to the companies, TRAI had said that companies will have to bring such plans along with their current recharge plan, which have benefits of voice calling and SMS. Such plans are necessary for those who do not require data.
