India’s Paralympic champion Kumar Nitesh has been nominated for the World Badminton Federation’s Men’s Para Badminton Player of the Year award along with three other players. BWF gave this information today. The 29-year-old Nitesh, who won his first gold in the ‘SL3’ category at the Paris Paralympics (2024), will be up against two-time Paralympic gold medalist Cheh Lick Hou (SU5) of Malaysia, Daiki Kajiwara (WH2) of Japan and Qi Zimo of China.
