The administration has claimed to have completed all arrangements for the election of 13 wards of Nagar Panchayat Khanori. Aspirants to contest the election, there was a crowd of NOC takers from Nagar Panchayat Khanuri to complete the nomination papers. It may be mentioned here that about two years ago, the said Nagar Panchayat Khanuri was being managed by the administration. 13 polling booths have been constructed for 4 general women, 4 general men, 2 SC men, 3 SC women in the 13 wards of Khanuri, in which 11520 voters will be able to go and cast their vote. Officials said that after completing all the arrangements for the election, a meeting has been held with the police administration to cast the votes. Naib Tehsildar Khanori Assistant Returning Officer Rajesh Kumar Ahuja said that no nomination papers were filed today even on the second day.
Devigarh (Motivation Letter): The selection process of the newly formed Nagar Panchayat Devigarh has started. Therefore, the work of filling nominations has started from December 9. The election officer here, Kripalveer Singh, said that today even on the second day, no one came to fill the nomination papers, but people were seen busy preparing the papers. He said that 13 wards have been created for 9 villages in this town panchayat for which the aspirants can fill their papers in the Market Committee Dudhansadhas till December 12 and the papers will be verified on December 13. Candidates can withdraw their papers till 14 December 3 PM. All the arrangements for filling the papers for the candidates have been completed. In view of this election, the round of corner meetings has started in all the wards.
