Now X will tell which post people like the most! Is your post in trending?

X Update: A new feature test is being done on the social media platform X (first Twitter), through which users will be shown which post people are liked the most. The aim of this feature is to increase the user engagement and highlight the content that a large number of people are liked.

The most favorite posts will be found with the help of ‘Community Notes’

On Thursday, the official account of ‘Community Notes’ gave information about a pilot test. In this, some selected contributors will see this new feature where they will see a “callout” (notification) on some posts. This would indicate that that post is getting good number of likes at the initial level.

After this, these contributors can give rates and feedback to that post, which will help to understand whether the post is really liked by users who have different thinking.

If a post receives many positive ratings, then the message will appear on it that this post has been liked by various user groups. The contributors whose opinion will give this recognition to the post will also be sent a notification about it.

‘Got Likes’ section will also be live

A new ‘Got Likes’ section will also be added on the website of ‘Community Notes’, where all such posts will be shown which have been widely appreciated. Initially, this feature is being tested only with a few selected contributors of America, but the company is planning to gradually further expand.

User engagement in social media new twist

This new experiment is a unique initiative to connect Community Notes directly to the user choice on the X platform. This will not only help users to show better content, but it is also considered a big step towards making the conversation on social media more transparent and collective participation.
