Samsung’s phone has a glass back with a titanium frame and OnePlus’s phone will come in glass finishing with an aluminum frame.

There is a tough competition between the two in terms of processor. S25 Ultra has Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset which is paired with Adreno 830 GPU. Whereas OnePlus has equipped its upcoming phone with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, which is paired with Adreno 840. At least 12GB RAM is provided in both.
Battery
OnePlus 15 is heavy in terms of battery. This phone will come with 7300mAh carbon battery. In comparison, S25 Ultra has a 5000mAh lithium-ion battery. Both the phones support fast and wireless charging.

Talking about camera, Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has quad camera setup, while OnePlus 15 has triple camera setup. The rear of the Samsung model has a 200MP primary camera, 50MP ultrawide sensor, 10MP telephoto lens and 50MP telephoto periscope lens. There is a 12MP camera installed in its front. Talking about OnePlus 15, it has a 50MP primary, 50MP ultrawide and 50MP telephoto periscope lens in its rear. It is equipped with a 32MP front camera for video calls and selfies. How much is the price?
The price of Galaxy S25 Ultra in India starts from Rs 1,29,999 on the official website of Samsung. On the other hand, if we talk about OnePlus 15, its starting price in India is expected to start from Rs 50,000. However, this has not been officially confirmed yet.
