Actually, the incident happened a day before the release of ‘Pushpa 2’. When the screening of the film ‘Pushpa 2’ was held at Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad on 4th December, where people had gathered in such large numbers that it became difficult to control the crowd. After this, there was a stampede during the screening. A woman died of suffocation after getting trapped in this crowd and her 13-year-old son has also been admitted to the hospital.
In this case, the police had arrested three people who were presented in the court and sent to judicial custody, which included Sandhya Theater owner Sandeep, Senior Manager Nagaraju and Manager Vijay Chandra. At the same time, a case was also registered against Allu Arjun. Allu was accused of going to meet his fans without any information. After that Allu also went to the High Court to get the FIR cancelled. An appeal was also made in the petition to stop the arrest, but on Friday the police arrested him and the court sent him to judicial custody for 14 days, but he has got interim bail from the High Court.
