Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has given the opportunity to the candidates applying for Assistant Professor (College Education Department) Examination-2025 to make corrections in the application form and withdraw the form if they apply without qualification.

Online amendments can be made from today i.e. from 30 October to 5 November 2025. Candidates will be able to make other amendments except their name, father’s name, photo, date of birth and gender. The Commission had released this vacancy for 574 posts.
Commission Secretary Ramniwas Mehta said – This examination is proposed to be conducted as per the schedule from 1 to 24 December 2025. Candidates have been given the opportunity for online correction as per the terms and conditions of the advertisement issued for the examination. The online modification opportunity is merely a convenience for the candidates. Amendments will be valid only as per the eligibility conditions in the advertisement issued for the examination. The conditions of advertisement will remain the same as before. Offline amendments will not be accepted.
RPSC had canceled the advertisement issued last year and conducted this recruitment again this year.
Fees and procedure for online correction
Candidates seeking amendment will have to deposit a fee of Rs 500 through e-Mitra/Online Banking. You will have to login to the Apply Online link available on the online portal of the Commission or SSO portal. New recruitment was also done on the same number of posts, but fresh applications were invited from the candidates from 20th September to 19th October. Action will be taken against giving wrong information and not appearing in the examination.
Applying on the basis of false and incorrect information and not withdrawing the application despite not being eligible is a punishable offense under Section 217 of the Indian Justice Code. If such a candidate is found ineligible during counselling/eligibility test/interview, he will also be debarred from the recruitment examinations for a period of next 1 year.
Therefore, such candidates can also withdraw their online application during this period. For this, online application can be withdrawn by logging on to the SSO portal, selecting the recruitment portal and clicking on the withdrawal button available in front of the respective examination under the My Recruitment section.
According to the order issued by the Personnel (A-2) Department, the one time registration facility of the candidates who are absent in any 2 examinations conducted in a financial year will be blocked.
Under which, this facility will be reinstated only after payment of Rs 750 in case of absence in any 2 examinations and Rs 1500 in case of absence in 2 more examinations of the same financial year. Therefore, even those candidates who are not willing to appear for the examination for any reason can withdraw their online application form as per the prescribed period and procedure.
