Opposition staged protest with ‘Desh Bikne Nahi Denge’, JPC demand on Adani issue


New Delhi, December 12

Several opposition MPs staged a protest on the Adani issue in the Parliament complex on Thursday carrying placards with different Hindi characters, which collectively read ‘Desh Bikne Nahi Denge’. During this, slogans were also raised.

Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, MPs from Congress, DMK and Left parties, among others, staged a protest in front of the steps of Makar Dwar and Constitution House, raising slogans against the alleged collusion of Modi and Adani and the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) on the matter.
