The ongoing dispute over the Champions Trophy has ended. Pakistan Cricket Board had to bow down to BCCI. The ICC proposed holding the tournament in a hybrid model after India refused to play in Pakistan. Initially, the PCB was steadfast in its stand but when it came to taking away the hosting of the Champions Trophy, it was forced to accept the ICC’s advice. The hybrid model means that the Indian team will not play its match in Pakistan but in another country.

Champions Trophy 2025 (Champions Trophy 2025) is to be held from February 19 to March 9. Pakistan has been awarded the hosting rights but will lose hosting of some matches after agreeing to a hybrid model.
